The ANMP, at the heart of the French diving world, is a representative professional organisation which intervenes towards governmental bodies such as the relevant ministries, other professional federations and the main players on the market.
We are active for instance on institutional issues such as regulations and legal framework, professional training, health and safety standards, environment or sustainable development.
The ANMP defends the rights of all the professionals involved in scuba education: employees, managers and self-employed workers.

Offer an efficient training system
The ANMP, founded in 1972 under the patronage of the French Diving School (“École de Plongée Française”), sets up and offers professional diving instructors a certification framework which is recognised nationally and internationally.
Comprehensive dive courses meet all expectations of both adults and youth.
Certification cards are available according to the acquired skills, technical competences etc. for instance for technical divers or scuba divers.
The ANMP also develops an excellence label for its staff, the Sea Rangers “Les Guides de la Mer”.
Safety first
The ANMP offers to all its members or clients various insurance schemes which allow recreational diving in a reassuring legal and protecting framework.
The ANMP also protects dive spots by advocating environmental safety and protection measures at the local government level, Marine Protection Areas and National Parks.
